Goods warranty policy
Maintenance – Warranty is one of the policies to ensure the interests of customers. For medical tape products that have been invoiced, shipped out of stock with the company’s stamp of confirmation, We do not support warranty or return.
For 3M Medical Stethoscope products, you have warranty rights in the following cases:
- During the warranty time from the date of purchasing, if there are technical defects related to the product such as hardware, directly affecting the quality of the product
- Full range of parts, details, accessories.
- Stamp/warranty card (no information yet), brand stamp, technical manual and accompanying gifts (if any) etc… must be complete and intact
- There is no data in the product with a storage device.
