Shipping Policy

BCN Vietnam Co., Ltd performs sales & collection services at home throughout the territory of Vietnam.

– Please check the goods carefully, compare the product with the voucher, warranty card (if any) before receiving. In case you ask a relative to receive the goods, you still need to check the goods carefully before receiving. After successful delivery, BCN Vietnam is only responsible if there is a technical error caused by the Manufacturer (according to the Exchange/Return and Warranty Regulations).

– Please note: Our products are sold with full documents such as: Sales invoice; or (and) Delivery Note; Financial Invoice (if required by the customer). Therefore, customers have the right to refuse to receive goods when they do not have 1 of the above 3 types of documents, this is to ensure product quality, buy the right goods of BCN VIETNAM, and at the same time ensure your interests in the delivery of goods. Exchange/Return.

– Delivery time may be slower than expected for a number of reasons such as: Customer address is not correct, Customer is not at home, Delivery staff cannot contact customer, natural disaster, fire. If we cannot deliver on time, we will contact customer and arrange the new delivery.

– In case that the customer has not received the goods after the expected time, please give us a feedback so that we can take the fastest remedy.

We currently have the following delivery methods:

  1. Receive goods directly in BCN VIETNAM office

– For customers who come to buy goods at the headquarters or branches of BCN VIETNAM, you will receive goods directly at the company’s headquarters and branches.

– Please check the goods carefully, compare the product with the voucher, warranty card (if any) before receiving.

– You will be provided by sales staff with all sales invoices; or (and) Financial Invoice (if requested by the customer). You have the right to ask the sales staff to provide documents if they have not been provided in a timely manner.

  1. BCN VIETNAM staff deliver goods at customers’ homes

– For customers in the center of Hanoi (10km radius). The Transportation Department will contact you in advance to arrange a specific time and place for delivery to you.

– Please directly check the goods carefully right after receiving the goods from the delivery staff, if there is a problem related to the type, model, quality, quantity of goods not as in the order, Please notify us immediately to coordinate handling. If there is no problem, please receive the goods and sign the delivery note.

– You receive the goods, sign the delivery note and pay the delivery staff all or part (if a deposit is made) the value of the purchased goods (including the value of goods + shipping fee (if any). ) + installation fee (if any)).

– If BCN VIETNAM staff cannot deliver goods in time, we will contact you and notify you or switch to a third party (delivery unit) to authorize a third party.

  1. Delivery staff deliver goods at customers’ homes

– For customers in remote districts, provinces, or suburbs of Hanoi, BCN VIETNAM will authorize a express service company such as 24/7, Viettel, or a reputable express company.

– When placing an order, please fill in the necessary information completely and accurately as required to create favorable conditions for us in providing goods and receiving payment quickly. We are also not responsible for late or lost deliveries due to incorrect information provided by you.

– Delivery time depends on your choice of courier or regular delivery, this time is only relative.

  1. Express delivery: From 2 to 3 days,
  2. Regular delivery: From 5 to 10 days

– Please check the goods carefully as soon as you receive them from the freight forwarder, if there is a problem related to the type, quality, and quantity of the goods that are not the same as in the order, please report them immediately to us to coordinate with the express service company to handle the goods.
